Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your rights and our procedures for returns and refunds.

1. Your Consumer Rights

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable UK consumer protection laws are not affected by this policy.

If goods are faulty, damaged, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

2. Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind after receiving your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition.
  • Be returned in their original packaging where possible.
  • Include any accessories or promotional items supplied with the order.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or supplied in error.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or legal reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened food or beverage products.
  • Opened supplements.
  • Personal care products that have been opened or used.
  • Perishable goods.
  • Gift cards.
  • Products clearly marked as non-returnable.

This does not affect your legal rights if the goods are faulty.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

5. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, usually within 14 days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error or a faulty product.
